I needed to see a different doctor as Dr. Butcher had moved to another facility. ( I was pleased with her care, but did not want to change facilities.) Dr. Hayden was super friendly, informative, & I was very comfortable with her. All the nurses & assistants are very friendly & helpful. I've been coming to Adams for several years since my original OBGYN retired (whom I'd seen for ~30yrs). I don't think I could have found a better facility 😊. They are fast, efficient, courteous, & professional. 5+ ⭐!

Adams Patterson has been diligent to meet all my needs. Dr. Chappell is a great surgeon with a warm bedside manner. He is attentive and knowledgeable. I recently saw his pelvic floor therapist. I had a good experience with her and can tell a difference in my overall well-being. I have been very happy with the care I have received at Adams Patterson. 10/10 recommend

Loved how friendly and personable Dr. Hayden and her nurse were. They took time to answer any questions and validated any concerns I had. Seemed to really care about my health and wellbeing!

Dr. Burana is a wonderful provider! He is so kind and communicates well, and I really like how he always has recap conversations with patients in his office, instead of in the exam room. You actually feel like an equal in the discussion, and aren't just hanging out in a crinkly half-gown- it really sets a nice and comfortable tone. He is very approachable and stays up to date on research on new procedures. He also advocates for his recommendations and patient care with insurance providers. I ended up seeing him for the first time kind of randomly, but I now suggest him to friends and family. Adams Patterson is a top-notch office- the nurses are lovely and professional, and front office team is friendly and get you in and out efficiently. Thanks! Katie

This was my first time at the lady doctor and my 1st ultrasound appointment. Everyone staffed was super sweet and helpful! Dr Butts was very informative and made me feel comfortable doing all the things you do at a first visit. I had a dizzy spell after blood draw and the reception staff helped me and fanned me and gave me a sprite and talked me through it. I am very happy with choosing Adams Patterson as my doctors office and am excited for my next appointment. Plus the space is very clean and quiet so it’s very cozy to be in.

Love this practice. Super kind throughout pregnancy. This was our fifth pregnancy with the previous four being miscarriages. Everyone throughout labor and delivery has been extremely kind and professional. Hayden is my primary, and I would recommend everyone we worked with.

My overall experience was excellent. I’m always greeted in a professional attentive manner by those at the front desk and my nurse. My wait time to see the doctor was about 10 minutes. Dr. Ruffin, was excellent. She listens attentively without a rush!

The doctor and staff were great, but the billing department told me that my elective surgery was going to be covered 100% and not subject to any deductible or copay. I asked them several times to confirm. About a week after surgery I get several bills totaling nearly two thousand dollars. Months of calling was to no avail, they just keep passing the blame. The frustrating part is that a very similar alternative of the surgery they chose to do actually would have been covered. Like I said, it was a great experience overall (aside from billing), but I can’t simply overlook a two thousand dollar mistake on their end.
